I'VE LOST OVER 80 POUNDS!

And I'm going to share how I did it! First, take a look at my "Before" and "Now" photos.

 

I don't call the second photo "After", because I haven't reached my goal. But I will!

I know what you're thinking, you're wondering how I did it, how long it took, and  - - - - was it painful!

The answers are Take Shape for Life, 8 months and no.

Take Shape for Life is more than a diet, it's a comprehensive program for weight loss and wellness. I began on November 12, 2010 (yep just before Thanksgiving) and had lost 80 pounds by May 28, 2011.

And I did it safely!

As a result of my weight loss, my blood pressure meds have been reduced by 75%! I have more energy, more confidence and simply enjoy life more.
